Alloy Software is pleased to announce the planned maintenance update for the Fall 2025 release of Alloy Navigator, bringing improved stability, smoother operations, and enhanced AI assistance.

Alloy Navigator 2025.2.1 is a planned maintenance update that delivers performance and stability improvements while incorporating valuable feedback from our customers. It enhances data handling for AlloyScan Sync, ensuring better integrity and performance, and streamlines operations when working with IT asset records or logging time on tickets.
The update also resolves several issues reported in specific scenarios, such as when manually setting due dates in the Self-Service Portal while using custom workflows. It further improves the accuracy and relevance of the AI Assistant’s responses to user-reported problems, provided access to internal knowledge is granted.
This maintenance update is available for the Enterprise and Express editions of Alloy Navigator. For a detailed overview of the changes, please refer to the corresponding Release Notes document.
Customers with an on-premises hosting plan can download the update from the Alloy Support Portal. A current Software Maintenance plan is required.
Customers with a cloud hosting plan will be reached out to schedule the upgrade and maintenance of their cloud environment in the next few days.
