Audit license is required only for auto-discovered physical or virtual computers. Manually created or imported from other sources computers or hardware assets are free of charge.

How does free trial work?
You’ll receive a fully-functional trial with licensing that matches your real-world needs. During your trial we treat you like you’re already a customer so you’ll have dedicated staff available for anything you might need.

The free trial comes with every feature our solution has to offer, complete with Technical Support, and full licensing so all your staff can participate.
How secure is my data?
Your data is extremely important to us. Our data center leverages a number of security measures such as camera monitoring and recording, SSL encryption, electronic intrusion detection, and more. If for whatever reason, you’re unable to host offsite due to security concerns, we provide on-premises options as well.
Is there anything not included in the cost?
We try to be as transparent as possible because we know being surprised with extra fees and future charges is unfair. You pay based on Technician accounts and audited computers. There’s a nominal cloud setup set and training is an extra cost.
How long are your contracts? Can I change my plan?
Our contracts are annual, but you can change your plan at any time. We also provide significant discounts for multi-year subscriptions.
As my business changes, can I change my licensing?
Absolutely. If you need to add Technicians or increase your computer licenses, you can do that anytime. You can also change solutions or subscription models if the need arises.
Can I purchase individual features? Are there any add-on fees?
Our solution comes as a complete suite at a very affordable price. You won’t have to wonder whether you purchased the features you wanted because they’re all included.
What are my options for payment?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, business checks, and wire transfers.
