AlloyScan 26.3 Update: Smarter Data & Stronger Security
AlloyScan continues to evolve with more powerful data handling, deeper security visibility, and improved control across the platform.
This update brings meaningful enhancements to how you work with data, monitor your environment, and manage system activity.
What’s new
- Expanded security log
The Security Log now covers a much wider range of events: logins and logouts, role changes, user management actions, configuration updates, and audit activities. Every event includes a severity level and category for faster triage. - Dynamic filtering
The new field-to-field filtering lets you dynamically compare column values directly in your data views, so you can apply conditions between fields and immediately see the results—without exporting data. - Export to Excel, the right way
You can now export your carefully filtered and grouped data views from Inventory or Software directly to native XLSX files, with data types, sorting, and conditional formatting fully preserved. Open it in Excel and start working right away, no reformatting needed. - More data in your Inventory views
You can now add columns that display lists of items — installed disks, network adapters, user accounts, and more — giving you a fuller picture of each device without drilling into individual records.
Also in this release: a new Quick Filter shortcut (/), custom naming support for troubleshooting discovered SNMP devices, and a round of bug fixes and reliability improvements.
