It’s a planned maintenance update for the Spring 2026 release of Alloy Navigator, with support for more device types from AlloyScan, expanded AI capabilities, and improved reliability across the platform.
Alloy Navigator 2026.1.1 imports more device types from your AlloyScan inventory, including Chromebooks, iPhones, iPads, and Apple TVs, bringing them into your IT asset management (ITAM) workflows.
The update also brings built-in AI-powered workflow actions to the mobile app, making them available when you work on the go. Support for OpenAI’s new GPT-6 model family gives you more control over the quality, speed, and cost of AI responses.
It also incorporates customer feedback and resolves issues reported in recent versions, improving reliability across the platform.

On-premises customers can download the update from the Alloy Support Portal. An active Software Maintenance plan is required.
For cloud-hosted customers, upgrades are managed through CloudRoll. Your designated technical contacts will receive an email with the proposed upgrade date and time. If that time works for you, no action is needed. To choose a more convenient time, follow the scheduling link in the notification before the stated deadline.
