Alloy Navigator Goes Native on iOS and Android
A redesigned experience that looks, feels, and works the way you expect on your device.
Alloy Navigator mobile app helps IT teams manage their day-to-day work on the go. Today’s update brings a modern, intuitive experience with dedicated interfaces for iOS and Android.
Designed for each platform
Here are the key changes:
- A dedicated interface for each platform. The previous shared design has been replaced with separate interfaces for iOS and Android, following native Apple and Google design conventions.
- Native navigation. Users can swipe to go back on iOS. On Android, they can use either the system Back button or the back gesture.
- Bug fixes. The update also addresses several minor issues.

Availability and licensing
The Alloy Navigator mobile app is included at no additional cost with both the Enterprise and Express editions of Alloy Navigator.
Users with a valid Alloy Navigator technician account can access both the main interface and the mobile app under the same license. No separate mobile license is required.
The app connects to Alloy Navigator through its native API.
- Cloud customers need no additional setup.
- On-premises customers must install and configure the API module.
