Alloy ITSM/ITAM Platform Maintenance Release for August 2023: Improved Data Views & Updated Audit Tool

We are excited to announce the next maintenance update following the Summer 2023 Release of Alloy ITSM/ITAM platform. This one focuses on optimizing the performance in New Experience data views and addressing several issues reported in earlier versions.

Improved performance in New Experience data views

This release highlights the further improved performance of New Experience data views. Now they can restrict the retrieval of records from the server, a feature that has long been established in classic data views. With this enhancement, users working with large new data views will experience improved performance and responsiveness.

This release delivers many other improvements, updates Alloy Audit Tools to the most recent version, and resolves several issues reported in previous versions.

How to get this update?

Customers with an on-premises license can download the update from the Alloy Support Portal. A current Software Maintenance plan is required. Customers with a cloud hosting plan will be reached out to schedule the upgrade and maintenance of their cloud environment in the next few days.
