Alloy Software Among Fastest-Growing Private Companies
Growth Fueled by New Client Engagements, Increased Demand for Alloy Navigator and Alloy Discovery Products, and Unveiling of Customer JumpStart Program
Nutley, NJ – Jan 20, 2009 – Alloy Software, Inc., a leading provider of IT service and asset management software solutions, today announced it achieved strong overall corporate growth in 2008. The company achieved record- setting quarter-over-quarter growth and saw a significant increase in product deployments during the 12-month period ending in December 2008. Key drivers for this growth included the launch of the new Alloy Discovery product, increased demand for the company’s flagship product – Alloy Navigator, the company’s newly introduced JumpStart program, as well as a range of new client engagements.
In 2008, Alloy expanded its product offerings by unveiling its new Alloy Discovery solution. Alloy Discovery is a comprehensive, budget-friendly, and easy-to-deploy network inventory solution that provides accurate and up-to-date information for every networked computer. Targeting small and medium-sized businesses as well as IT service providers, Alloy Discovery offers a broad range of features that allow users to take control of hardware and software inventory with an array of methods and strategies.
Other key drivers for Alloy Software’s 2008 growth included continued business with existing customers and increased customer adoption of both Alloy Navigator and Alloy Discovery across a variety of industries and vertical markets such as education, healthcare and manufacturing. New customers in 2008 included Conestoga Bank, Main Street Bank, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts UOL Group Limited, Tennessee Pacific Group LLC, among others.
Another value-added service launched in 2008 was the Alloy Software JumpStart program. This new program was developed to assist prospective and existing customers in getting up-and-running with our products as quickly as possible while at the same time, adapting industry best practices to meet our customers’ business objectives. The program improves the overall customer experience by solidifying relationships between existing and potential clients and the Alloy Technical Support team.
“We are very excited to have witnessed the record-breaking growth over the last 12 months,” said Vladimir Vinogradsky, President and CEO at Alloy Software. “Alloy Software’s growth reflects Alloy Navigator‘s ability to provide customers with a centralized service desk platform to proactively administer all aspects of IT service management, as well as Alloy Discovery’s capacity to provide a comprehensive network inventory solution for administrators and IT service providers. In addition, we are extremely pleased to have launched the Alloy Software JumpStart program as it helps us significantly improve the overall customer experience – something we strive to do each and every day.”
In addition to new client engagements and product enhancements, 2008 was a year marked with industry accolades, awards and recognition for Alloy Software. In March, Alloy won the 2008 CRM Excellence Award presented by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. Three months later, Alloy was selected as a CRN Emerging Tech vendor for its Alloy Navigator product by Everything Channel. This channel- specific award highlights companies delivering high margins for solution providers with innovative and easy-to-use technology that undercuts industry giants. In December, Alloy was named to Software Magazine’s Software 500 Next 100 ranking of the world’s largest software and service providers.
In addition to these accolades, one of Alloy Software’s most notable achievements in 2008 was being named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. This honor was bestowed upon Alloy Software by Inc. Magazine during its second annual Inc. 5000 listing. The magazine’s annual index of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America provides a snapshot of the most important segment of the economy – America’s independent-minded entrepreneurs. Taken as a whole, these companies represent the backbone of the U.S. economy.
“The Inc. 5000 award, as well as other industry honors that we received in 2008, is a testament to our customers and the dedication of our employees across the globe,” stated Mr. Vinogradsky.
