Alloy Software Introduces Intelligent Relationship Mapping to Alloy Navigator

New release helps organizations manage changes with comprehensive view of IT infrastructure

Bloomfield, NJ – July 16, 2018 – Alloy Software today rolled out a new release of Alloy Navigator, focused on the visual representation of complex relationships across services, processes and other IT infrastructure components.

Today’s businesses have become heavily reliant on modern information technology, which has become increasingly more complex. The interconnection of services, applications, and platforms make IT infrastructure management a very challenging task. Complex dependencies make it extremely difficult to accurately predict the impact of changes, as well as diagnose and solve IT service issues in a timely and effective manner. For many organizations, the unforeseen consequences of changes have led to costly service downtime, unpredictable maintenance escalation, and repair expenses.

The latest update focuses on addressing these paramount challenges by offering new and enhanced tools for visualizing relationships between physical and virtual components of the IT business services, organizations, and people. This results in more accurate planning for infrastructure changes, recognition of their impact on services and business processes, increased IT awareness, happy customers, and a better bottom line.

“IT infrastructure is a complex and intricate mechanism,” explained Vladimir Vinogradsky, CEO of Alloy Software. “Keeping it in working order despite frequent changes requires not only an accurate account of its parts, but also a clear understanding of how these parts fit and work together. With this latest version of Alloy Navigator, our customers will be able to quickly leverage their data to see how IT components and processes relate to each other and gain much needed insight and intelligence for making informed decisions.”
