Connect Alloy Navigator with Microsoft AI Foundry to enable AI-powered features using AI services managed in your Microsoft Azure environment. This option is useful for organizations that want to run Alloy Navigator AI features through Azure OpenAI Service while keeping AI configuration aligned with their Microsoft cloud strategy. Out of the box, Alloy Navigator includes:

  • AI-powered workflow actions for Service Desk records, such as summarizing tickets, suggesting solutions, suggesting categories, and analyzing risks.
  • AI Writing Assistance for improving, summarizing, translating, and working with text in Alloy Navigator fields.
  • AI Assistant for the Self-Service Portal, helping end users find answers and resolve requests more independently.
  • AI Assistant for IT teams, providing contextual help inside Alloy Navigator while users work on service tasks (coming soon).

Teams can also add AI-powered actions to custom workflows and fine-tune AI Assistants for their organization’s processes, knowledge, and service context.
