Alloy Navigator Enterprise 7 API Released

Alloy Software is proud to announce the immediate availability of a web-based API module for Alloy Navigator Enterprise. The API module enables systems integrates to desktop and web-based solutions with Alloy Navigator Enterprise version 7.

The Alloy Navigator API is a RESTful web service supporting JSON and XML requests over HTTP/HTTPS. It provides the ability to query information from Alloy Navigator, create new incidents, work orders, assets, and other objects, and execute workflow actions on existing objects.

Availability

This API Module is available to existing Alloy Navigator Enterprise 7 customers with active Software Maintenance coverage. Customers can download the installer from the Alloy Support Portal.

The API comes with Release Notes explaining the installation and configuration of the new module, and the User Guide providing the technical details on the available functionality.

Printer Toner Information

Alloy Discovery Express 7 collects and visualizes information about printer supplies, such as ink and toner.
