New Jersey, December 9th, 2022 – Alloy Software is proud to announce the new release of its Alloy Navigator ITSM/ITAM suite, including Alloy Navigator Enterprise, Alloy Navigator Express, and Alloy Discovery Enterprise.
The December 2022.2 release focuses on usability enhancements. The brand-new features aim to provide more straightforward navigation through the product, add more apps you are already familiar with to integrations, and introduce automated audits for macOS. Meanwhile, the current update is expanding the availability of Alloy Software products to customers in new geographies. Self-Service Portal, the interface for end-users of Alloy Navigator ITAM/ITSM solution, now offers support in two more languages.
For the company, which is a leading provider of IT Service Management, Service Desk, and Asset Management solutions, 2022 has been a highly productive year. “This summer, we rolled out many significant improvements focused on the integration possibilities of the platform,” said Vladimir Vinogradsky, CEO of Alloy Software. “Additionally, the release of the Mobile Self-Service App in October gave mobile users a more direct and personalized way to access self-help resources. We’re wrapping up this year with another step toward the success of our customers.”
