Alloy Software is pleased to announce the planned maintenance update for the Winter 2025 release of Alloy Navigator, bringing enhanced stability, improved performance, and a smoother, more reliable user experience.
Alloy Navigator 2025.3.1 is a planned maintenance release that delivers improved performance, greater stability, and smoother day-to-day operations across the platform. It enhances the dashboard creation experience, simplifies adding attachments and merging IT assets, and accelerates the Self-Service Portal in demanding scenarios.
This update also incorporates customer feedback and resolves issues reported in recent versions, ensuring a more reliable and consistent experience across all your ITSM and ITAM workflows.
This maintenance update is available for the Enterprise and Express editions of Alloy Navigator. For a detailed overview of the changes, please refer to the corresponding Release Notes document.
Customers with an on-premises hosting plan can download the update from the Alloy Support Portal. A current Software Maintenance plan is required.
Customers with a cloud hosting plan will be reached out to schedule the upgrade and maintenance of their cloud environment in the next few days.
