Enjoy a smoother, faster mobile experience with Alloy Navigator and Alloy Self-Service apps!
The festive season is here, and so are fresh updates to the Alloy Software mobile apps. Keep your IT work moving smoothly this winter, right from your phone! ❄️🎄
Alloy Navigator, our core ITSM/ITAM solution, comes with two mobile apps that complement the main web platform: Alloy Navigator for IT specialists and Alloy Self-Service for requesters. The December 2025 updates focus on stability, reliability, and usability, delivering improvements shaped by your feedback to help you stay productive anywhere, anytime.
Here are the key updates:
The Alloy Self-Service mobile app now includes an “All Articles” node in the Knowledge Base, making it easier to find articles that don’t belong to a specific category.
If a server error occurs, both mobile apps now display the full error message directly in the interface, so administrators can troubleshoot the issue on their own—though we’re always happy to help! 😊
We’ve also addressed several reported issues, including a rare scenario in the Alloy Navigator mobile app where a black screen could appear on the final step of wizard-style action forms.
In addition, both apps have received general improvements to boost performance, stability, and overall smoothness, making the mobile experience faster, more reliable, and more enjoyable.
Designed for IT specialists and managers, the Alloy Navigator app delivers key tools for handling tickets, requests, approvals, and work logs, while keeping communication with colleagues and customers seamless. It also offers complete IT asset management, including checking out, checking in, and tracking equipment—all from your mobile device.
The Alloy Self-Service mobile app gives end users an easy and convenient way to access your IT services on the go. Whether they’re employees or customers, they can quickly report issues, submit service requests, reserve equipment, track their tickets, browse the Knowledge Base, and find the information they need, right from their mobile device.

Alloy mobile apps are available at no extra cost with both Enterprise and Express editions of Alloy Navigator, our ultimate ITAM/ITSM solution. They complement the main web platform and provide convenient access to IT services on the go, for both IT specialists who deliver these services and for end users who request them.
IT specialists can use the Alloy Navigator mobile app with the same account they use for the web platform, keeping their workflow seamless on the go. End users can access the Alloy Self-Service mobile app just as easily, enjoying the same convenience as the web-based Self-Service Portal.
The Alloy mobile apps connect to the Alloy Navigator platform via the native API. For cloud customers, everything works out of the box. On-premises customers will need to deploy the API module included with their Alloy Navigator installation package.
We regularly update our mobile apps to improve performance, add new features, and make your experience smoother and more reliable. Update today and see the improvements for yourself!
