Alloy Navigator goes global with Spanish interface

With this release, Alloy Navigator takes a major step towards true globalization. The main interface can now be switched to Spanish, making the platform more accessible for IT teams around the world and laying the foundation for additional languages in the future.

Combined with existing localization features, Alloy Navigator now delivers a comprehensive set of global capabilities designed to support international teams and organizations operating across regions:

  • NEW! Main web interface in Spanish: IT teams can work with tickets, assets, services, and other ITSM or ITAM features in their preferred language, starting with Spanish.
  • Multilingual Self-Service Portal: The portal automatically adapts to each user’s language, with support for more than 30 languages out of the box.
  • AI-powered natural language workflows: Built-in AI responds in the user’s language, helping remove communication barriers for both IT teams and end users.
  • Configurable currency and regional settings: Centralized configuration of currency and other regional formats to match local preferences.
  • Time zone support: Dates and times are displayed in each user’s local time zone, ensuring accurate scheduling and tracking.
  • Multiple work calendars: Support for regional calendars with local holidays and business hours enables precise planning, automation, and SLA calculations across locations.

The localized interface helps IT teams work in their preferred language, simplifies daily tasks, and enhances Alloy Navigator’s global multilingual experience.

AI-powered actions in the Self-Service Portal

This release brings even more AI to Self-Service while giving you greater control over how it’s used. With Alloy Navigator Enterprise, you can now configure AI-powered actions that help end users submit tickets, service requests, or reservations faster and smarter. At the same time, you stay in full control of where AI is applied and how it supports your workflows.

AI Assistant knowledge usage insights

The AI Assistant has quickly become a favorite for delivering instant answers to end users while reducing the workload on support teams. In this release, we introduce a new activity log that shows how the assistant uses your internal knowledge base when generating responses.
