Alloy Navigator Winter 2023: Second Maintenance Update

Alloy Software is pleased to announce the second maintenance update for Alloy Navigator 2023.2 (both Enterprise and Express editions).  This update addresses several issues reported in the previous version.

Key improvements:

  1. Resolved issues with multi-page workflow forms preventing users from completing actions under certain conditions.
  2. Resolved issues with displaying aggregate values in the summary row of “new experience” data views.
  3. Improved user experience in the Self-Service Portal, ensuring the proper display of the user’s open tickets on the homepage.

How to get this update?

  • Customers with an on-premises hosting plan can download the update from the Alloy Support Portal. A current Software Maintenance plan is required.
  • Customers with a cloud hosting plan will be reached out to schedule the upgrade and maintenance of their cloud environment in the next few days.
